What should I pay attention to when placing an order?

Firstly, you need to ensure that the membership form you fill out contains complete and up-to-date information. In case of any issues after your order, our customer representatives will contact you using the contact information in your membership details. Your order will be sent to the delivery address you provided. To avoid any problems during cargo delivery, you must write your address with all details.


How can I place an order?
To place an order on our site, you must first become a member. After creating your membership, you can go to the page of the product you want to buy, select your preferred color and size, and click the "Add to Cart" button to add the product to your cart. Then, by clicking "My Cart" on the top right of our page, you can enter your payment information after the shipping and delivery information requested by the system and place your order.


Which cargo company will my order be sent with?
The cargo companies that will deliver your orders placed through our website will appear during the order stages, and you will need to make a selection.


How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee calculated by the system based on your purchase on our site will be specified during the shipping selection in the order stages.


I have placed my order, what happens next?
After your order reaches our system without any problems, an email detailing your order will be sent to the email address you used when creating your membership on our site. Our customer representatives will prepare your products and deliver them to the cargo company as soon as possible to ensure a smooth delivery. Your order will be shipped within the pre-order period specified after we receive it. When your product is handed over to the cargo company, another email will be sent to you to inform you about the shipping. You can make your payments using Visa, Visa Electron, and Mastercard credit cards, Bank Transfer, or Cash on Delivery options.


How can I track the status of my order?
You can track all orders you have placed through our site after logging in to your membership, in the "My Orders" section on your account page.


My order has been shipped. How can I check its status?
After logging in to your membership, your orders placed through our site are listed on your account page. You can track the status of your order in transit by clicking on the shipping link next to your shipped order.


What should I pay attention to when receiving the product?
Inspect packages that you suspect have been damaged during shipment in front of the cargo official before accepting them. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product and have the cargo company prepare a damage report. Please remember that once the product is accepted, you have acknowledged that the cargo company has fully performed its duty.


Forgot Password?
Click on the "Forgot password" link on the login page and enter the email address you used when registering on the site. You will receive an email containing your password, which you provided to us when logging in to the site, in a very short time.


Return Information

Every product you purchase is under the warranty of its manufacturer. 

You can return the product you purchased in the condition you received it, without opening/damaging/spoiling its packaging, and without using the product, within seven (7) days from the delivery date. Please return the product with a petition or return form including the product invoice and your order number.

If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product and have the cargo company prepare a damage report. Please remember that once the product is accepted, you have acknowledged that the cargo company has fully performed its duty. 

Returns of products with opened, used, damaged packaging, or in any other similar condition, will not be accepted. 

The customer is obliged to return the product in the condition it was delivered to them, and if used, to compensate for the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use. 

In cases where the customer returns the product or withdraws from their purchase, the product fee will be refunded within ten (10) days from the moment the returned product reaches us. Credit card product refunds are made by your bank within 2-6 weeks. Our company has no control over this period. 

The company will not accept returns or refund the price if it detects any opening, damage, breakage, destruction, tearing, usage, or similar conditions in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the condition it was delivered to the customer. 

For defects that may arise after the product reaches the customer, authorized service centers of the manufacturer should be contacted. 

In cases where the above conditions are met for returned products, the shipping fee will be paid by the customer. 

Bank transfer refunds will be made within 2 business days, and Credit Card refunds within 3 business days. Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day. In this case, you need to call your bank's credit card service. After the "Canceled" notification appears for your order, the full amount is refunded to your credit card or the bank you made the transfer to. For installment sales, refunds are reflected to your credit card as a positive balance each month by your bank.
